Site Manager - Restaurant Fit-OutLocation: Manchester City Centre Duration: 6-8 WeeksStart Date: 20 JulyRate: £250 per dayReporting To: Senior Project ManagerThe OpportunityOur client has successfully delivered the rooftop terrace and pergola works at a development in Manchester and has now been awarded the ground floor restaurant fit-out package.We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of this fast-paced commercial fit-out project.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with strong fit-out experience to lead the project through to successful completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day site operations for the restaurant fit-out projectCoordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirementsMonitor health, safety, and compliance across the siteConduct regular site inspections and toolbox talksLiaise with the Senior Project Manager, client representatives, and subcontractorsEnsure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycleManage site records, permits, inductions, and project documentationIdentify and resolve site issues to maintain project progressRequirementsEssential certifications:SMSTSFirst Aid at WorkCSCS Black or Gold CardAsbestos AwarenessExperience:Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projectsStrong understanding of health and safety ..... full job details .....
