£550 per day - PAYE via Umbrella

The successful candidate will undergo BPSS check and will be eligible for SC Clearance

In this critical consultative and Config role, you will be building the SAP HCM/Time and Time Evaluation solutions for on one of our flagship accounts. You will have experience managing teams in large multi-stream global projects and managing business process design and transformation across ECC/S/4 implementations. This role offers the chance to work and collaborate with highly skilled teams across our Global Group and play a pivotal role in designing innovative solutions for our clients.

Your Role

Be able to work in a multi supplier environment to deliver projects on timeConfigure SAP for HCM solutions - OM/PA/Time/Time Evaluation according to industry best practicesLead Design workshops and prepare quality documentation artefacts such as Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs, etcBe able to impact your work and provide estimates for its deliverySupport and liaise closely with your corresponding functional teams to resolve issues, provide solutions, and offer support to meet delivery obligationsHave excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of a businessBe able to mentor and support the development of your team

Your Profile

An experienced SAP HCM/Time consultant who has gained experience from working through multiple project lifecycles and in Live Support environmentsA team player with strong technical HCM knowledge (in Personnel Admin., Time Management, Time Evaluation., and CATS) and broader technical awareness (in things such as Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Security, Integration, etc.)

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders

Innovative and open minded in your thinking with a passion for change and dynamic working in a team providing a first-class service to our clientPassionate to work with our clients advising them on how to get the most out of their SAP technologies
