Role: Full Stack Software Engineer (UK-based, early-stage startup)£60,000 – £80,000 per annum | No Sponsorship | x3 week in officeBacked by technology start up accelerator and VCJoin a mission-driven AI startup transforming how medical and healthcare organisations collaborate. Using machine learning and advanced recommendation systems, the team helps to matchmake some of the leading Medical and Pharmaceutical businesses with their extensive network of professionals. This allows them to engage seamlessly all while reducing operational costs so resources can focus on changing lives.This is the chance to work on cutting-edge AI technology at an early stage with real influence on product and architecture to help medical organisations do more with their resources while changing lives and impact clients across the US and FTSE markets.Responsibilities

Own Product-Facing AI Solutions:

Build and enhance AI-driven features within our product.Develop ML Models:

Collaborate on research, training, optimization, and deployment of ML models across the platform.Design and Develop Scalable Systems:

Contribute to backend and full-stack development, focusing on robust APIs and efficient data flows.Database Management:

Work with SQL and NoSQL systems (Postgres, Elasticsearch, MongoDB) to design, optimize, and maintain data storage.DevOps and Infrastructure:

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, streamline deployments, and ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure.Data Engineering:

Design and execute pipelines to support analytics and product enhancements.What We’re Looking For

3+ years of professional software engineering experience (backend, DevOps, or full stack).Proficiency in Python, with experience building ML-oriented solutions.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Hands-on DevOps experience (CI/CD, version control).Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms, ideally Azure.Strong SQL and NoSQL experience (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Postgres).Right to Work in the UK
