We''re looking for a Finance Manager to join our Head Office team in Derby. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role sits between senior finance leadership and the finance admin team, bringing structure and oversight to day-to-day finance operations and helping bridge the gap between strategic finance and transactional processing. Key Responsibilities; Oversee day-to-day finance operations, managing and supporting the finance admin team Manage month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting Prepare management accounts and financial reports for the Head of Finance Monitor cash flow, budgets, and cost control across divisions Support accounts payable/receivable processes and resolve escalated issues Assist with payroll oversight and liaise with HR on related matters Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls Support audits and liaise with external accountants where required Identify process improvements within the finance function What we''re looking for; Proven experience in a finance management or senior finance role Part-qualified or qualified accountant (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) preferred Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting software Ability to manage and develop a small team Strong attention to detail and analytical skills ..... full job details .....
