The school prides itself on its nurturing ethos, high expectations, and commitment to ensuring every child achieves their full potential.The RoleAs a HLTA providing PPA cover, you will:Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary age range.Provide high-quality classroom cover during teachers'' Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to class teachers.Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of all learners.Deliver targeted interventions to support pupil achievement.Support pupils with SEND, including those with My Plans, My Plan+, and EHCPs.Work collaboratively with teachers, the SENDCo, parents and external professionals.Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing and inclusion throughout the school.About ..... full job details .....
