SHEQ Manager Annual Salary: £40,000-£45,000 Location: Denbigshire Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a dedicated SHEQ Manager to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies. This role is crucial for maintaining the health and wellbeing of all staff onsite, ensuring the site is risk-assessed, safe, and always audit-ready. Day-to-day of the role: Manage day-to-day SHEQ activities and act as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related queries. Oversee the disposal of waste on-site, including reporting at management meetings, seeking cost reductions, and exploring alternative arrangements. Track and monitor waste generated on the shop floor, and create working groups to address waste management. Lead customer quality investigations to ensure effective root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented. Own the Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure they are met. Conduct and review risk assessments for new activities and manage the cleaning staff and contractors. Chair SHEQ meetings, minute them, and oversee customer feedback processes, including complaints and service standard compliance. Investigate and report all incidents arising from HSE matters and manage the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) process and budget.
