This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor looking for a varied role covering capital projects, property compliance, building surveying and conservation, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial and historic properties. The portfolio includes Grade I and Grade II listed buildings, historic assets and Scheduled Ancient Monuments, making this particularly suitable for a Building Surveyor with experience working within complex or conservation-sensitive environments. You will provide professional Building Surveying advice, support capital works and compliance programmes, manage multiple projects and act as Contract Administrator and Principal Designer where required.
