Senior Legal Counsel - Pharmaceuticals The Legal Senior Counsel is responsible for providing legal support and advice to one of the worlds leading pharma companies (FTSE 100) within their marketing company. Reporting to the Legal Director, the role holder will provide a broad range of legal advice related to the commercialisation of medicines in the UK, working closely with business colleagues across the marketing company. The role holder will liaise with members of the biopharmaceuticals and oncology business units including the strategy and innovation teams, commercial operations, market access andamp; corporate affairs functions. The role holder will also act as deputy data protection officer for the UKMC and provide advice on business initiatives involving AI. The Senior Counsel manages high level risk by making complex judgements, developing innovative solutions and process improvements and applying a comprehensive cross-functional and industry understanding. Essential Skills This position is for a senior lawyer with considerable commercial inhouse experience advising Experience in UK pharma/biotech experience supporting sales and marketing/NHS activities of a UK affiliate.
