Junior Sous Chef, BandI London £36k, Monday to FridayWe have a great opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef at our clients site based in the City of London.Working within corporate environment, the site caters for high volume staff dining and extensive hospitality. Food is modern and everything is made fresh on site.What you will be doing: working as part of a large team of chefssupporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the running of the kitchenhelping to train and develop junior chefswork all areas With food being the heart of the site, you will be a foodie with a real handle on current trends and concepts including street food and healthy eating as well as a keenness to push new ideas forward and be creative with dishes.Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with some evenings (paid overtime)What are looking for: An enthusiastic Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef with a stable work history (min 18 months in each job)Ideally have worked within contract catering or retail hospitality or similarA strong team player who can also use their initiativeExcellent communication skills and an eye for detail and presentationPassionate about food, ingredients and customer serviceSomeone up to date with current/future food trends and conceptsFriendly and positive attitude So if you have the skills, passion and experience required, please send your updated CV ..... full job details .....
