Home Manager - Residential & Nursing Care (Dementia)

-55,000 per annum + bonus (OTE up to -66,000)
Full-time, 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Home Manager to oversee a well-established care home in Hexham, providing both residential and nursing care for older adults, including those living with dementia.

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care, leading and developing the staff team, and maintaining full compliance with CQC requirements. You will manage budgets, rotas, and audits, whilst working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) - essential

• Proven management experience in a residential or nursing care setting

• Nursing qualification not required, but nursing home experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of dementia care, safeguarding, and compliance
