Solar Technical Service ManagerLocation: United Kingdom (Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in London office) Function: Service Contract: Full-Time Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 per annumAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Solar Technical Service Manager to lead and develop our after-sales service operations for solar inverter systems across the UK market.This is a hybrid position, requiring office presence 1-2 days per week in our London-based office, with additional travel across the UK as required.You will be responsible for delivering high service quality, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence across residential, commercial, and utility-scale PV installations. Acting as the key interface between customers, service partners, and internal technical teams, you will ensure full compliance with UK regulations and company standards while driving continuous improvement across service operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and continuously improve after-sales service activities for solar inverter products in the UKLead, coach, and support internal service engineers and external service partnersEnsure timely troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and commissioning supportAct as escalation point for complex technical issues and customer complaintsMonitor and report on service KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, warranty costs)Coordinate warranty claims, RMA processes, and spare parts managementProvide technical support and training to customers, ..... full job details .....
