Junior Field Service Engineer

Location: Poole, Dorset (with UK travel)

Salary: £32,000-£36,000 DOE

About the Role:

SEDA UK is looking for a Junior Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical engineering background who is looking to develop their career in field service.

Working alongside an experienced engineer, you''ll receive full product training before progressing to servicing, repairing and installing our specialist vehicle depollution and recycling equipment across the UK.

Key Responsibilities of Junior Field Service Engineer / Trainee Field Service Engineer / Junior Service Technician:

• Service, maintain and repair customer equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and basic electrical faults.
• Install and commission new equipment.
• Complete service reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Travel throughout the UK, with occasional overnight stays.

About You:

We''re looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Previous experience with SEDA equipment isn''t required, as full training will be provided.

Essential Requirements for Junior Field Service Engineer / Trainee Field Service Engineer/ Junior Service Technician:

• Mechanical engineering experience or knowledge.
• Basic hydraulic and electrical knowledge is desirable.
• Good fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
