Overall Purpose: In this role, you''ll be at the forefront of troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading advanced software and control systems, ensuring mission-critical applications run smoothly and reliably.This role blends hands-on technical support with innovation and application lifecycle management-perfect for someone passionate about customer success, system performance, and continuous improvement.Key Duties: Maintain and troubleshoot software systems, data acquisition and instrumentation, and PLCs in engine test environments.Provide end-to-end technical and engineering support for MDS software products across fixed and deployed platforms.Perform root cause analysis and diagnostics, integrating new technologies and deploying updates to enhance system reliability.Implement software upgrades and manage application baselines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Partner with customers to build and modify system configurations, ensuring optimal HMI and system usability.Deliver on-site and remote support for system installations, commissioning, and upgrades-often on short notice.Provide feedback to software design teams on field issues, usability, and future product improvements.Document and maintain software version histories and development processes.Key ..... full job details .....
