Senior Warehouse and Logistics ManagerJob OverviewThe Senior Warehouse and Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse and logistics operations for a medical equipment business, ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient handling, storage and distribution of products.This role is critical to maintaining high standards of accuracy, traceability and service delivery, supporting both commercial customers and healthcare environments.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsOversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound deliveries, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of medical equipment and related productsEnsure high levels of stock accuracy, traceability and inventory controlMaintain a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment in line with Health and Safety and quality standardsEnsure correct handling, storage and movement of medical equipment and related productsImplement and continuously improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and accuracyLogistics and DistributionManage outbound logistics and coordination with couriers and logistics partnersEnsure deliveries meet agreed service levels, particularly where time-sensitive or customer-criticalMonitor logistics performance and address issues proactivelyOversee returns, replacements, and reverse logistics in line with company proceduresCompliance and QualityEnsure warehouse and logistics activities comply with relevant healthcare, safety and quality standardsMaintain ..... full job details .....
