Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Clacton-on-Sea - ASAP Start Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Clacton-on-Sea, starting ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. The school is looking for a confident and committed practitioner with strong behaviour management skills, experience supporting pupils across the primary age range, and the ability to lead learning activities and cover lessons when required. CONTRACT DETAILS Location - Clacton-on-Sea Position - Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Type of work - Classroom support, interventions, and lesson cover Start date - ASAP Duration - Ongoing / Long-term Full time/part-time - Full time Rate of pay - £100-£120 per day (depending on experience) Hours - 08:30am - 15:45pm EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience working within a UK primary school HLTA qualification or equivalent experience desirable Experience delivering interventions and covering lessons Strong understanding of the primary curriculum Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to ..... full job details .....
