We manage a varied portfolio of residential blocks of flats across North London and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an Junior / Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team. This role would suit someone who already has experience within property, block management, lettings, estate agency, facilities management or a similar customer-facing environment, and who is looking to develop a career in residential block management. This is a varied role, involving regular contact with leaseholders, residents, directors of management companies, contractors and professional advisers. The successful candidate will need to be organised, professional, able to communicate clearly, and willing to learn the practical and legal aspects of managing residential blocks of flats. We do things slightly differently and reward people who are proactive. In addition to the basic salary, there will be the opportunity to earn additional commission and performance-related payments on certain areas of work, subject to company policy.
