A secondary school in Aylesburyandnbsp;is looking for a compassionate and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistantandnbsp;to support a student with additional needs. In this vital role, you will provide personalised support to help the student access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop greater independence.

About the Role:

• Provide personalised support for a student on a 1:1 basis
  Implement learning and behaviour strategies set out in their EHCP
• Assist with lessons, interventions, and social development
• Monitor progress and feedback to teachers and SENCO

The ideal candidate will:

• Experience supporting young people with special educational needs (SEN) or behavioural challenges
• A positive, patient, and composed approach
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
