Finance Analyst required Cardiff based organisation Salary of up to £38,000 per annum plus benefits 3-month Fixed Term Contract Immediate start on offer About the Role Môrwell Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a growing FMCG business in Cardiff that is looking to appoint a Finance Analyst on a Fixed term Contract for 3 months. As the Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in providing timely, accurate and robust financial analysis to the site operations team, enabling them to identify and track cost saving opportunities and financial risks, make financially sound decisions and deliver on their strategic objectives. This position would suit someone who is immediately available for work, who can commit to the duration of the contract and who is happy to work in an office. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Operations Finance Manager, the Finance Analyst will Support the Operations Finance Manager in the preparation of the weekly PandL report and monthly management accounts Report on daily Operational Finance KPIs, highlighting key drivers of material and labour variances and helping to identify performance trends Accurately post of month end journals including site accruals and prepayments.
