What You''ll Be Doing

Take ownership of the UK business – full PandL, strategy, and delivery.

Remain hands-on in sales – winning and developing key accounts – while shaping the bigger picture.

Build, coach and structure a small sales and operations team to support growth.

Design and deliver the business plan for UK expansion and EMEA rollout over the next five years.

Report directly to the board and take responsibility for agreed milestones that unlock bonus and equity.

What We''re Looking For

A Sales Director, Commercial Director or senior sales leader from the golf industry.

Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and building lasting client partnerships.

Commercially sharp with experience of PandL management.

Hands-on and entrepreneurial – able to balance day-to-day selling with long-term planning.

Someone who wants to take the step up into full business leadership.
