We are supporting a newly established manufacturer within the industrialised construction sector, specialising in Light Gauge Steel production using roll forming technology. This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the very start of its journey and play a central role in shaping its production operation. Initially, the role is hands-on, operating machinery and supporting day-to-day manufacturing activity. As the business grows, you will build and lead the production team, embed systems and standards, and progress into a senior Production / Operations role, working closely with the Managing Director as their operational right-hand.
