If you already have hands-on experience working on live web projects and are eager to accelerate your technical growth, this role offers a structured pathway to progress into a Full Stack Developer. You will work closely alongside experienced developers and designers in a collaborative, design-led environment, gaining exposure across the entire development lifecycle from front-end WordPress builds to back-end logic, database design, and cloud infrastructure. This is a hybrid position requiring roughly two days a week onsite in Basingstoke, so candidates should be within a comfortable commuting distance (ideally with access to a car). Overview Assist in creating, customising, and maintaining bespoke WordPress themes and plugins. Turn design wireframes into clean, responsive, cross-browser compatible web pages.
