Logistics AdministratorNottingham Office (Hybrid) 6 Month Contract 30,000 Pro Rata Immediate Start Extension Highly LikelyImmediate requirement for a proactive Logistics Administrator to support end-to-end shipping, warehouse coordination and operational logistics for a busy Nottingham-based operation.This is a fast-paced, communication-heavy role working closely with 3PL providers, warehouse teams, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure goods are picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time.The RoleCoordinate goods collection, outbound shipping and cross-dockingLiaise with 3PL partners regarding pickups, ETAs and delivery updatesMaintain shipping logs, proof of delivery (POD) and tracking recordsMonitor inbound / outbound POs and project stock levelsMaintain accurate warehouse and logistics documentationSupport domestic and international shipments and associated documentationInvestigate delivery issues, delays and discrepancies and drive them through to resolutionEscalate operational issues where requiredThe PersonPrevious logistics, warehouse administration or supply chain coordination experience is essentialGood working knowledge of an ERP system - preferably SAP S/4HANA Experience with domestic and international shipping; knowledge of customs and shipping documentation advantageousCustomer service experience, with the confidence to resolve end-mile delivery issuesStrong Microsoft Excel and general IT skillsExcellent written and verbal communication ..... full job details .....
