We''re looking for a hardworking and Support Worker to join our Mental Health service located in Tower Hamlets. No experience or personal care required, just the right values. £ 30,784.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week. 7 months contract ending 31st March 2027, can be extended subject to contract renewal. To work closely with Hackney ELFT to process out of borough referrals in timely manner and to work effectively with Hackney Green House to secure appropriate housing for customers.
