Delivering commercially successful NPD projects across a diverse clientsEstablished and growing food manufacturing businessWorking closely with the Head of SalesAn established and growing food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join its commercial leadership team. This is a key role within the food manufacturing division, responsible for managing strategic customer accounts, driving profitable growth, and delivering commercially successful NPD projects across a diverse client portfolio.The Role Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will take ownership of a defined group of key accounts, with responsibility for sales performance, margin delivery, and long-term account development.Key responsibilities include:Managing and developing strong, long-term relationships with key customers and supply partnersDelivering agreed sales, gross profit, volume, and contract compliance targetsIdentifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, including cross-sell and new product opportunitiesDeveloping and managing detailed account plans for top customersLeading customer-driven innovation projects, including NPD and EPDNegotiating and managing supply contracts, ensuring full compliance throughout the contractual termProducing accurate sales forecasts (monthly, rolling forecasts, and budget cycles)Representing the business during customer visits and relevant industry eventsAbout YouProven experience in commercial or account management ..... full job details .....
