Night Manager - ADHOC

As a Night Manager, youandrsquo;ll be responsible for the smooth running of the hotel overnight, ensuring excellent guest service, security and operational standards.

Pay: andpound;20 per hour

Location: Central London

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the hotel as Manager on Duty throughout the night.
• Welcome late arrivals and handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Complete overnight audits and operational checks.
• Ensure the hotel is secure, safe and ready for the morning team.
• Handle unexpected situations professionally.
• Monitor and resolve maintenance, security and operational issues.
• Provide a clear handover to the daytime team.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Previous Front Office supervisory or management experience, ideally in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience with Opera Cloud.
• Calm, professional and confident when handling challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
