Job Description:About the role

The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency serving major brands in the beauty industry, including No7, Soap and Glory, Liz Earle, and Boots own brand. It combines external creative capabilities with the speed and flexibility of an in-house team, backed by extensive experience with Boots and No7 Beauty Company.

The Senior Agency Project Manager acts as the key link between client managers, external agencies, and resource teams on large, complex projects. They oversee asset delivery to briefs, coordinate with media buying and production agencies, and ensure timely delivery. They report directly to the Head of Agency Operations.

Manage larger, complex projects alongside the Head of Agency Operations, leading project management best practices.

Collaborate with senior client managers and production managers to develop and maintain project management processes, including managing APMs.

Create and oversee project plans for major projects, adjusting for client needs and timelines.

Negotiate resource commitments with operations teams.

Ensure projects adhere to schedules and deliverables are met.

Assist client managers with communication; may communicate directly with clients.

Be involved in asset checking and delivery across multiple platforms and agencies.

Manage the work of Agency Project Managers.

Qualifications:

Senior project management experience or equivalent in a creative or business environment.

Experience with media planning and buying teams.

Experience managing a production house or studio is a plus.

Strong digital asset management and delivery skills.

Excellent communication and resource negotiation abilities.

Ability to map and plan processes into detailed project plans.

Degree or equivalent in a creative, business, or related field.

Comfortable in a dynamic, creative environment with changing plans.

Ability to lead teams around complex processes and systems.
