Pin Point Recruitment are looking for warehouse operative to work in mail sorting environment in Patchway Bristol.

Monday - Friday-

Various Start times available-

Pay -13.07 per hour

Role Purpose:

To support the smooth running of warehouse operations by handling letters, operating in the machine room, palletising trays, and loading/unloading pallets and yorks in line with company standards and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Letter Handling
  • Sort, scan, and prepare letters for processing.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality when handling mail items.
• Machine Room Operations
  • Assist with loading and unloading machines.
  • Monitor machine output to ensure correct processing.
  • Report any faults, jams, or quality concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Palletising & Yorks
  • Stack and palletise trays safely and efficiently.
  • Wrap and secure pallets in line with operational and health & safety standards.
  • Load and unload pallets and yorks safely.
  • Move completed pallets/yorks to designated storage or dispatch areas.
• General Duties
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follow all health & safety guidelines and use PPE as required.
  • Support colleagues and work flexibly across different warehouse tasks when needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/machine room environment.
• Previous warehouse or mail handling experience desirable but not essential (training provided).
