As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you''ll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to help pupils overcome barriers to learning, develop their independence and achieve their individual goals. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you may be supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis, in small groups or within the classroom.
