Key Responsibilities:
- Process and check sales orders, ensuring all information is accurate
- Keep customers updated post-sale, answering queries and providing clear timelines
- Track deliveries and flag any delays early
- Prepare and issue invoices following successful delivery
- Act as a link between sales and operations to keep workflows efficient
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems
- Support the Head of Operations and wider team with day-to-day admin and projects
