Mobile Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider Up to £42,000 + Van and fuel card (temporary to permanent): Exciting opportunity to work for a reputable FM service provider with buildings situated across London and the Home Counties. Currently looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover a number commercial office contract covering multiple sites in London. This is a Van Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM primarily but also reactive maintenance such as changing light bulbs, emergency lighting, minor plumbing, tap changes and fabric maintenance. There is no minimum qualification requirement for the role but a NVQ level 2 in plumbing or electrical installation would be advantageous. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £42,000 per annum plus overtime and further training. Key duties and Responsibilities: Carry out basic PPM Reactive maintenance Emergency lighting maintenance, re lamping, unblocking toilets, tap changes, fabric maintenance, fire alarm tests, sprinkler tests.
