Job Title: Paint Sprayer (Aerospace/ Manufacturing)Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours per week over a 4-day week (Monday to Thursday)Overtime Opportunity: Overtime is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays The Role: We are actively seeking an experienced WET SPRAY Paint Sprayer with a minimum of three years of experience in an aerospace or Automotive manufacturing environment. As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying paint to aerospace components in compliance with organizational and industry standards. This role requires flexibility and the ability to become a versatile, multi-skilled individual capable of working across various manufacturing functions within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Communicate regularly with the Department s Team Leader to understand production plans and objectives.Ensure compliance with all master processes and associated documents to maintain industry standards.Undertake tasks delegated by the Team Leader, Value Stream Leader, and/or Senior Management.Maintain high-performance standards within the team.Prepare components/parts within provided specifications.Monitor and uphold health and safety standards.Adhere to safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people (SQCDP) standards.Maintain accurate records to uphold organizational and industry standards.Participate in training and development initiatives.Contribute to 6S improvements.Support cost reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance.The Candidate: We are ..... full job details .....
