Mechanical Project Engineer required for our client, a Midlands based Mechanical and Electrical design and build contractor operating across industrial and commercial sectors. The Mechanical Building Services Project Engineer will be responsible for the project management, coordination, installation and commissioning of Mechanical building services systems, specifically heating, pipework, etc. within commercial and industrial buildings, with project values ranging from approximately £50k up to £5m+. The role includes developing system specifications, preparing construction drawings and documentation and coordinating contractors and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. The position will be based from the Nottingham office, so candidates must live within a commutable distance.
