You''ll be involved in a variety of technical activities, including:Looking after the technical requirements for your product category.Working closely with suppliers to make sure products meet customer standards.Helping resolve quality issues and supporting improvements.Updating product specifications and technical systems.Monitoring customer complaints and helping identify ways to reduce them.Supporting product trials, benchmarking and customer sample requests.Completing technical reports and customer documentation.Making sure supplier paperwork and due diligence is up to date.Working alongside the commercial, packaging and technical teams on new products and packaging changes.Helping drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.What we''re looking forYou don''t need to tick every box, but we''re looking for someone who has:Experience in a Technical, QA, ..... full job details .....
