Positive Employment is currently recruiting for an Employee Engagement Officer for our client, a local government organisation based in Kensington, London. The successful post holder will manage and deliver a varied portfolio of employee engagement projects aligned to the organisation''s People Strategy and wider corporate priorities. The role will create engaging content across a range of staff communication channels, build strong relationships with employee networks and stakeholders, and use feedback and analysis to improve HR initiatives. This is a temporary contract for an initial 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Hybrid working is available. Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to: Lead allocated employee engagement projects and activities aligned to the People Strategy and corporate priorities. Develop and deliver staff engagement initiatives, events and campaigns, including health and wellbeing, EDI and organisational activities. Create engaging and accessible content across staff networks, briefings, conferences, events and digital channels. Build strong, two-way relationships with employee networks, key contacts and influencers. Respond to staff feedback and emerging themes, sharing insights with relevant HR teams to inform priorities and initiatives. Monitor and analyse engagement activity, including interaction, sentiment and key themes, producing reports to support evidence-based decision making.
