Projects range from £2m to £100m+, offering exposure to some of the most exciting and complex schemes in the industry.This role is ideal for ambitious consultants who thrive in collaborative, client-facing environments and bring strong communication, commercial expertise, and leadership potential. You\''ll be managing procurement, cost planning, and post-contract delivery while supporting the development of the wider team and contributing to the continued growth of the business.Responsibilities

Manage procurement, cost planning, and post-contract delivery on projects in office, fit out, hospitality, PBSA, and related sectors.Support the development of the wider team and contribute to the continued growth of the business.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful cost management outcomes.Qualifications

MRICS qualified or working towards chartershipConsultancy experience with high-value projectsStrong commercial focus, with sector experience in office, fit out, PBSA, or hospitalityConfidence in client-facing roles and stakeholder managementA collaborative mindset, eager to learn, lead, and make an impactInterviews will take place ASAP.
