Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries, providing updates and general information. Typing and formatting complex legal documents, including leases, contracts, and reports (often via digital dictation). Carrying out basic property searches (Local Authority, Environmental, Title). Monitoring key deadlines for lease completions, contract exchanges, and option periods. Preparing and issuing invoices and financial statements.
