You will be driving one of our modern fleet of vehicles and trailers and will typically drop and swap trailers at our other locations across the UK, carrying out on average two drops per night. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.We are currently recruiting LGV CE Drivers to join our team in Ferrybridge, working on our contract with Etex. You will have the opportunity to work Monday to Friday on average 48 hours per week.What you''ll do on a typical night:

You will be safely driving our HGV Class 1 Vehicles in a courteous mannerDelivering trailers of products and follow a route of Ferrybridge, Normanton, Burton, Bradford, Normanton, Ferrybridge.Dropping and swapping trailersMaking sure all goods are correctly strapped before commencing journeysDriving the latest equipment and operating to FORS Gold level safety standardsWhat you need to succeed at XPO:Valid LGV C+E Licence12 months experience ideallyAn up-to-date CPC and DIGI cardNo more than 6 points on your licenceNo DD, DR or IN endorsements showing on your licenceBenefits of working with Manpower:28 days paid holiday (Pro Rata)Access to Manpower Rewards (Discounts on adventure days)Access to the MyPath upskilling programmePossible long-term opportunities for the right candidateWeekly pay
