Key Responsibilities Deliver a full range of Occupational Health services remotely, including: Case managementFitness-for-work and safety-critical medicalsHealth surveillance and new starter assessments (virtual/paper-based) Provide evidence-based advice to managers and employees on: Fitness for work and reasonable adjustmentsSickness absence managementTemporary and permanent workplace restrictions Attend virtual sickness absence and wellbeing meetingsProduce clear, concise clinical reports in line with NMC and legal standardsMaintain accurate clinical records on secure OH systemsWork autonomously while contributing to a supportive OH team Essential Requirements Registered Nurse with current NMC registrationDegree, Diploma, or Certificate in Occupational Health (Part 3 desirable)Proven experience working as an Occupational Health AdvisorStrong complex case ..... full job details .....
