Business Development Manager Windows, Doors and Façades Job Title: Business Development Manager Windows, Doors and Facades Industry Sector: Fenestration, Window, Door, facades, Fabricators, Aluminium System Houses, Aluminium Systems, Aluminium Fabricators and Component Suppliers Area to be covered: UK (Ireland and Scandinavia possibly in the future) Remuneration: Up to £60,000 Benefits: Car Allowance and full benefits package The role of the Business Development Manager Windows, Doors and Facades will involve: Field sales position, promoting a manufactured range of plastic insulating strips, a vital component of metal windows, doors and façade systems (separate the inner and outer aluminium or steel frame with a thermal separation) Selling into fabricators and aluminium system houses Inheriting approx. 20 existing accounts with a view to on boarding new fabricators and aluminium system houses 60% account management, 40% new business development Responsible for circa £3m revenue Targeted to increase sales by 14% in first year No specific customer visit KPI s you will be expected to grow the sales in line with our clients strategic plan, how this is achieved is down to you!
