They are ideally looking for a driven person with residential litigation experience. Litigation Paralegal responsibilities:Manage residential litigation cases, including debt recovery, possession proceedings, and lease breaches.Handle lease matters such as extensions, variations, FTT applications, and lease analysis.Advise clients on major works, lease structures, s20b notices, and repair obligations.Support internal teams and attend industry events and client meetings as needed.
