This is a pivotal technical role responsible for taking tooling projects from concept design through validation and into full-rate production, ensuring performance, manufacturability, and quality standards are consistently achieved. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineering, and production teams, providing technical leadership and driving continuous improvement across tooling development.
