OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Interim People Partner to join our People team for a 3–6 month engagement. In this role, you will provide expertise, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees, with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER) and supporting the delivery of our business strategy. This is a high-impact, short-term opportunity ideal for a proactive People professional with strong ER knowledge, commercial acumen, and the ability to quickly build trust and deliver results in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted partner to employees and managers, aligning people initiatives with business objectives.Provide expertise to manage complex Employee Relations cases and projects.Support business strategy, including commission plans and incentive structures.Oversee the employee lifecycle, including performance management, development, and organisational change projects.Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining strong relationships across the business.Qualifications5+ years of progressive experience in People Partnering role(s).Significant experience managing complex Employee Relations matters.Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.Experience working in fast-paced, change-oriented environments.Hands-on experience with people systems/HRIS platforms, preferably Hibob.Professional certification (e.g., CIPD) or equivalent experience.Skills and CompetenciesExcellent judgment in sensitive ER situations.Problem-solving mindset.Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to adapt quickly, work under tight timelines, and deliver high-quality outcomes.Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and drive change.BehavioursAnticipates needs, identifies risks early, and takes ownership to deliver solutions.Balances business needs with genuine care for employee experience.Commercially minded – understands how people initiatives impact business performance.Embraces transformation and champions new ways of working.Builds trust and partnerships through open collaboration.Why Join UsThis interim role offers the opportunity to make an impact by supporting critical initiatives and enabling the delivery of our business strategy.
