Job Description Role: Provide strategic leadership for governance across The Calico Group, ensuring governance arrangements support organisational objectives, effective decision-making and strong accountability. Provide strategic advice to Board Members, Executive Directors and senior leaders on governance matters, governance assurance and best practice.
