We are working with our client based in Aylesford to recruit a Gluing Machine Minder for their site in Aylesford. You must have previous experience of working with Gluing Machines in order to produce high quality work in a quick and efficient manner. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Make Ready and Run work as efficiently as possible whilst meeting safety, quality and productivity targets Complete all necessary administration including data entry onto the business IM systems Identify any maintenance issue and resolve where possible, or communicate with appropriate personnel in line with departmental procedures Ensure quality checks are carried out as per company guidelines Responsible for ensuring the machines, tooling, auxiliary equipment and working area are kept clean, safe and organised General machine maintenance Advise Supervisor of any consumable stock requirements Utilization of the appropriate equipment to assist with material preparation Responsible for assisting Department with Training needs for Gluing Apprentices and Assistants Any other duties as instructed by a member of the management team To comply with all business management system requirements To comply with all certification requirements Hours of work: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am 20% Shift premium when on the nightshift 15% premium when working 6pm-10pm Monday to Friday Plenty of overtime if required paid at 1.5x If this is you and you have experience of running Gluing Machines, then send us your ..... full job details .....
