This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident communicating with customers, suppliers and internal teams.Job Type: PermanentHours: 36 hours per week, with flexible start times: 8:00am - 4:15pm or 9:00am - 5:15pmLocation: Theale - office basedSalary: 25,140As the Administrator, you will be responsible for:Liaise with suppliers to maintain product availability and high inbound service levels.Work closely with customers and colleagues to understand requirements and ensure excellent product availability and customer service.Scan and maintain warehouse delivery paperwork and associated records.Utilise stock forecasting, demand planning and ordering systems.Maintain effective routines to ensure a smooth inbound supply of goods and support efficient warehouse operations.Monitor and adjust lead times, reorder multiples and economic order quantities where required.Work closely with the Operations and Inventory teams to balance stock requirements with available warehouse space.Undertake any other duties reasonably assigned by management.
