Reporting to the Head of HR, you''ll play a key role in keeping the workplace running smoothly, supporting employees, and managing facilities across multiple UK sites. You''ll also line-manage a part-time Office Administrator.What you''ll be doing:Managing day-to-day office and facilities operations at Milton ParkActing as the main contact for health and safety, maintenance, and suppliersOverseeing additional UK offices to ensure they are safe, compliant, and well maintainedCoordinating travel, meetings, visitors, and reception activitySupporting employee engagement events and initiativesAssisting with office expansions, lab set-ups, and fit-out projectsProviding admin support to HR and recruitment activityWhat we''re looking for:3+ years'' experience in office or facilities managementStrong knowledge of health and safety and facilities coordinationExperience supporting office moves, fit-outs, or lab/equipment installationsHighly organised, proactive, and confident working independentlyWelcoming, professional, and service-focused approachStrong IT skills, including Microsoft 365Able to prioritise in a fast-paced, growing ..... full job details .....
