Responsibilities Manage the accounts payable team to ensure timely processing of invoices, credit card, and personal expenses. Oversee payments generated by the Accounts Payable team, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Regularly review pending workflow invoice reports to ensure approvals meet agreed SLA timelines. Recommend and implement continuous improvements to existing systems and procedures. Establish and maintain a strong internal control environment, working closely with Internal Audit to ensure best practices are followed. Monitor and address any breakdowns in internal control procedures. Regularly review and update accounts payable procedure notes. Carry out additional duties as assigned.
