The portfolio comprises of commercial and industrial property. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. This will involve visiting the properties and working with the Building Managers to ensure adherence to the compliance processes and procedures. You will also be involved in managing budgets, including setting and reviewing service charge budgets, and will monitor expenses. You will be responsible for managing service contracts and will liaise with external suppliers and contractors across hard and soft services.
