My client is a market leading specialist engineering business and they are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant to drive strong financial control, deliver high-quality management information and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and ad-hoc financial reports Support the business in providing accurate and timely management information Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to all key stakeholders; and respond to changes in the business Proactively work with the business to compile and manage cashflow, and identify and manage risk Revenue Recognition IFRS15 Present and operate at all levels both internally and externally Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards To speak finance to non-finance managers To champion finance processes and compliance to accounting practices, challenging behaviours and embedding best practice throughout the wider business Monitor and ensure the validity of the information available If you thrive on partnering with the business, challenging the status quo, and embedding best-practice finance processes, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
