Quantity Surveyor - Suffolk based Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a multi-billion turnover construction and development business with a turnover more than 1 Billion. This is an exciting new role due to additional workload secured on one of their major projects. About the role of Quantity Surveyor As Quantity Surveyor be to work within commercial team and be site based in Suffolk working on a mixture of live and upcoming phases. For this project, our client has a series of contracts ranging from a major multiphase accommodation scheme consisting of 16 blocks of residential, leisure facilities, cafes and infrastructure works. As well as this, our client has a series of 10 - 40 Million education, healthcare and commercial offices. For this role, our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Suffolk for at least a period of 3-4 years with further pipeline and new projects being secured with the existing client.
